Head of People
As a Head of People, you will develop a deep understanding of the business – our key metrics, drivers for growth, and our strategy so you can develop a People Strategy that supports that vision, define and drive strategic goals and all aspects of the People function including recruiting, diversity, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, total rewards, workforce planning, and culture initiatives, own people operations processes including performance review cycles.
Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will meet and exceed quotas of calls, presentations and sales qualified leads as set forth by the Sales Development Manager,conduct daily cold-calling and online lead generation activities to maintain a funnel of active leads and follow-up as required, manage prospects from lead generation through demos with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
As a QA engineer, you will design and run tests, test software against stated requirements and carefully document results, suggest corrections or improvements, review product design documentation to ensure that the requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable, troubleshoot potential software issues, look for workarounds, and deliver this information to our internal team members in a clear and concise manner.
BPO Team Lead / Operational Manager
As a BPO you will lead and inspire a global team of data validators to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction. Develop a global growth strategy for our data validation team, supporting the prospecting and selecting of outsourcing suppliers. Manage the team daily assignments, with a hands-on approach, guaranteeing the correct procedures are being followed and the SLA’s are continually met.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will coordinate with unit managers to identify staffing needs. Determine selection criteria. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
Customer Success Management
As a Customer Success Lead you will create a health score, identify key activities of a new account to quantify where they are and how they can be engaged with the DocDigitizer product. Engage the renewal & up-sell: Make sure to create an expanded model and extract more value to the customer. Assist DocDigitizer in using data to support decision-making with minimum effort by promoting the use of KPIs to analyze the efficacy of operational procedures on Customer Success.
