Per-Document Subscription — Terms of Service

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") governs the Client's use of and Service Provider's provision of the DocDigitizer Per-Document Subscription Service. By using this service, you acknowledge understanding and acceptance of these terms.

1. Service Provider

IMP – Intelligent Morphing Portals, LDA., a Portuguese company (registration no. 514165146), hereinafter referred to as "DocDigitizer."

2. Scope of Service

DocDigitizer provides a per-document data extraction service through its API. Each document submitted for processing is charged individually based on the document type and complexity.

3. Billing and Payment

Charges are calculated per document processed. The client is responsible for all documents submitted to the API regardless of extraction outcome. Pricing details are available upon request or through the customer portal.

4. Service Level Agreement

Service levels for the Per-Document Subscription are defined in Appendix 1 of the general Terms and Conditions. Processing times and quality guarantees may differ from subscription-based plans.

5. Data Protection

Data processing terms for the Per-Document Subscription are governed by the Data Processing Agreement.

6. General Terms

All provisions of the general Terms and Conditions apply to the Per-Document Subscription unless expressly superseded by this agreement.

7. Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed exclusively by Portuguese Law. The District Court of Lisbon holds exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.
