The Role


The Head of Sales and Growth will be a strong hands-on revenue leader obsessed with driving +10x growth. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will drive conversion of a robust inbound and outbound sales pipeline by winning and nurturing +150k€(ARR) deals (in particular within Financial Services and Insurance).Over time you will have the opportunity to build and lead a highly effective sales team capable of dramatically expanding the reach and impact of DocDigitizer worldwide.

You will be responsible for sales funnel optimization leading major accounts from hunting to closing, being obsessed with QoQ results.

What You’ll Do


  • Reach a +3M€ in sales target by the end of 2021.
  • Navigate complex and consultative sales cycles, typically defined as six months or longer with a variety of stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels.
  • Create processes and systems to support and grow our sales pipeline, train, and grow a sales team and create a predictable sales engine to support consistent QoQ growth.
  • Capture and discuss monthly key performance indicators; address performance issues with DocDigitizer’s Board.
  • Develop a lead generation strategy within the EMEA market aligned with our growth targets.

What You Need To Bring To The Table


  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with experience in B2B SaaS sales preferred.
  • Startup DNA; You are a do-er and a creator, not just a thinker; absurdly driven, relationship-focused, people person.
  • Demonstrated track record in leading a Global Sales Organization to exceed performance metrics, e.g. quotas, pipeline, forecast accuracy.
  • Experience of demonstrated success in a consultative selling role interacting with C-Suite executives of large enterprise companies (think Fortune 500) and governments.
  • Experience selling complex services and solutions into the C-Suite and consistently closing deals upward of seven figures.
  • Tech-savvy, with a real passion for Technology
  • Proven track record of selling six-to-seven figure deals
  • Strong desire and proven ability to roll up sleeves and land customers.
  • Proven ability to build scalable sales models and contracting structures for complex and evolving B2B SaaS products.
  • Hands-on management experience; capable of staffing, managing, mentoring, and driving a highly motivated, diverse, inclusive, and productive sales organization.
  • Comfortable communicating and evangelizing at all levels of the organization, from CEO & board to individual contributors.
  • Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and organized follow-up processes.
  • Experience managing a full pipeline a CRM.
  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player.
  • Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks.
