- Using a consultative approach, become a trusted advisor to your customers.
- Evangelize best practices and success stories to persuade clients to expand their usage and increase return on investment.
- Execute monthly proactive outreach to clients in order to review usage, opportunities for use case expansion and assess the overall level of satisfaction.
- Responsible for customer references, case studies, and testimonials for your customer.
