Work with DocDigitizer’s most valuable customers to understand their needs and help them succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding and ongoing support while nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure that our customers get the most out of their investment in DocDigitizer.
  • Partner with Sales to manage the smooth transition from Sales to Implementation to Expansion and Renewal.
  • Repeatedly guide customers through the 5-stage customer lifecycle that includes strategy and planning, configuration, training, launch, monitor and measure.
  • Using a consultative approach, become a trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Evangelize best practices and success stories to persuade clients to expand their usage and increase return on investment.
  • Execute monthly proactive outreach to clients in order to review usage, opportunities for use case expansion and assess the overall level of satisfaction.
  • Responsible for customer references, case studies, and testimonials for your customer.
